The Sandford Parish Cookbook was launched in October 2021. This 128-page book
contains 101 recipes donated by the parishioners of Sandford & St Philip’s
Milltown and the children of Sandford Parish National School, ranging from
Cheesy Bang Bangs and Brown Bettys to Noisette of Lamb and Tasmanian Lemon Pie.
The cookbook priced at €15 euro (or 3 for €40) would make an ideal gift and can be obtained from the parish office (sandfordandstphilips@gmail.com) or in Sandford Church on Sunday mornings or at the lunchtime recitals.
