Parish Development Committee

About 120 people attended the parish celebration on Sunday 19 November 2017. Of these, fifty-three returned the completed Feedback/Comments form. Most of these people were involved in parish activities, many heavily so. The overwhelming response was positive, with a high emphasis being place on the value of the parish as community (66%). This was followed in terms of frequency of mention by the importance of and appreciation for church services and worship (42%). The music and/or choirs were listed as highly valued by 23%. Other items mentioned as valued were parish activities including the allotments, the Garden Gang, the coffee after church, the Garden of Remembrance and the school. Further comments / suggestions were made, which have been reviewed by the Parish Development Committee.

The figures quoted here do not in themselves adequately portray the quality of appreciation and positivity which were expressed by respondents.
