Peter Cox is an international expert on the conservation of historic buildings and Energy Retro Fit of heritage and Traditional Buildings. Peter is founder and principle of Carrig Conservation International, is a founding director of Ramsay Cox Associates (Sustainable and Passive House Consultants) and is President of ICOMOS (International Council of Monuments & Sites) and International Scientific Committee on Energy & Sustainability (including Climate Change).
The talk will give a background to heritage and heritage policy in Ireland, will give a few short International case studies and will use recent research and strategies to consider when making your home more energy efficient.
