Members of St Philip’s and Sandford were invited to come together for an early-morning breakfast on Sunday 6 September. Following the regular reflective 8.30am Sunday morning Holy Communion service at St Philip’s, parishioners gathered in the hall on what turned out to be a lovely sunny autumnal morning.
A small group joined together to enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast, catch up with one another and, as always, enjoy some friendly conversation and good company.
Our thanks, as always, go to members of the Parish Development Committee who organised and catered for the event. A special mention must also go to our smallest and youngest helper, Lilly, whose contribution was very much appreciated! It was another lovely opportunity for members of our parish community to meet, share breakfast and enjoy each other’s company. Ronnie Hamilton
