After much recipe collecting, design layout and proofreading, the Sandford Parish Cookbook has been published, following sterling work by the Cookbook Committee (Chris Boyd, Linda Evans, Barbara Power-Smith, Rob Tilson, Gillian Wynne, and the Rector). Our thanks to Victoria White for proof-reading the book. We look forward to the launch in the grounds of Sandford Church on 7 October at 6.30 pm.
The cookbook will be available for purchase (€15 each or 3 for €40) at the launch on 7 October, at the SPNS Coffee Morning on 15 October and at the Harvest Sale on 20 October. It will also be available in Sandford Church, and through the parish office (sandfordandstphilips@gmail.com)
