Sunday 19 November marked the last service at which the St Philip’s organ would be heard in its present form, as dismantling began the following day. In the meantime, Trevor Crowe has kindly provided a small temporary pipe organ (placed at the back of the church) which will be used while the work on the main organ is underway. Work continues on the organ of Sandford Church, which is nearing completion and will hopefully be fully complete early in 2018.
